MAKEOVERS
We offer personalised one on one sessions at our beautiful studio to create bespoke individual day and evening looks specifically designed for you, in order to highlight the beauty of your natural features. We will teach you how to effectively prepare your skin, correct application techniques, products, brushes and colours to use. Bring your current skin care products and makeup products with and we will teach you how to work with what you have.
BRIDAL MAKEUP
Our professional bridal makeup package for the bride and her bridal party includes proper skin preparations such as a dermaplanning facial a few days prior to the event, makeup trial at our studio and skin prep and makeup application on the day at your venue. We will work closely with you to create a breathtaking timeless makeup design for your special day that will translate beautifully in your photos.
MAKEUP MASTERY WORKSHOPS
We host group makeup mastery workshops that equip you and your colleagues, friends and family with the correct products and skills to enable you to easily maintain your flawless look at home for any occasion. These workshops can be customised to a specific makeup look required, be it for business, fashion, photography, creative arts, every day etc.
YOUNG ADULT SKIN CARE & MAKEUP WORKSHOPS
We host group or one on one workshops specifically designed for teenagers and their moms to teach them how to make sense of the hundreds of different products on the market and how to correctly care for their skin and select skin care products for their specific skin type. It is important to start the correct skin care habits early in life to assist in prevention of skin concerns such as breakouts and premature ageing as we grow older.
We will also teach them how to perfectly blend and match foundation and makeup colours to their specific skin tone and how to achieve the most modern and trendiest makeup looks.
THE RELEASE
Michelle is also an award winning Writer, Creative Director and Producer of visual stories. Her work strives to not only make striking still images but also turn motion into something original and magical.
The Release is short Fashion Film created by Michelle to speak to a post-covid audience who are shell shocked after two years of being locked down and need a colourful, entertaining escape.
Covid has caused pain. We must give it a place to live that is not within us. Let it be devoured by building stronger connections. Let it live in art, fashion, dance and music.
We live in colour, we love in colour, we dream in colour.
We are the future post-COVID generation of survivors!
Interesting fact: The film was shot at Melrose House Museum, a stately mansion in Pretoria, South Africa where the peace treaty ending the Second Anglo-Boer War was signed on 31 May 1902. It is therefore a fitting symbol of Freedom and Release tied into the film.
